Roxanne Weaver :: Founder
Roxanne is a wife and mother who is committed to making meaningful connections with people. With a background in the education field, Roxanne is impacting lives of future generations by giving them the skills necessary to become lifelong learners. A lifelong learner herself, Roxanne also has a passion for business. She enjoys making meaningful connections with families and women through her business ventures. She has a strong commitment to mothers with small children who own a business and strives to provide equal access to quality networking events to support their business goals. Roxanne strives to raise the awareness of the mom owned business and the impact that they have on the local economy.
Mary Hung :: Founding Board Member
Mary’s primary roll on the Mommy Meeting Board is membership and promotion. Unofficially we call her “The Mommy Meeting Mouth” because she gets the word out and she uses her voice to call our monthly meetings to order.
Mary has been with Mommy Meeting since the launch meeting in March, 2007. By clicking on that one random email invitation, she discovered a new world of networking and support from other like minded moms. As a founding member, Mary has been instrumental in building the Mommy Meeting organization by raising awareness for the organization and helping to build the membership base.
Mary is a former paralegal and has been a stay at home mom for over 8 years. While Mary’s number one priority is her daughter and husband, she finds time to work her three businesses and help other moms build their businesses through networking and friendship.
